Questions about pricing
A tracked account is any paying or trialing SaaS customer account that Renewharbor monitors for churn signals. We count unique accounts by their unique ID from your billing system. Inactive accounts (cancelled more than 90 days ago) don't count toward your limit.
Yes. Every plan includes unlimited team member access. We don't charge per seat because churn prevention only works when the whole revenue team has the same view. Your head of CS, VP of Finance, and RevOps lead all get access on the same plan.
You get full access to the Growth tier features for 14 days. No credit card required to start. At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan or your account pauses. We'll send you a reminder 3 days before the trial ends.
Starter includes Stripe and Chargebee. Growth adds Recurly. Scale adds custom integrations for teams with non-standard billing setups. All plans also support CSV import for billing data that doesn't have a native connector.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you're on an annual plan, we'll prorate the difference on upgrade.
Annual billing gives you 2 months free — equivalent to paying 10 months for 12. We don't offer additional discounts beyond the annual rate. If you're tracking more than 3,000 accounts and need a custom arrangement, contact us and we'll work out pricing together.
